Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat or preheat a grill.
  • Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, and then slice thinly.
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese.
  • Toss the salad with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
  • Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken and any optional add-ons like avocado, hard-boiled eggs, or cherry tomatoes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
