Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread in a toaster or on a skillet until golden and crispy.

  • Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
  • Spread the avocado mixture generously onto the toasted bread slices.
  • Top with your choice of additional toppings: cherry tomatoes, radishes, sprouts, cheese, or a soft-boiled egg.
  • Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the top for extra flavor (optional).
