Instructions
Toast the bread
in a toaster or on a skillet until golden and crispy.
Cut the avocado
in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork.
Add lemon juice, salt, pepper,
and red pepper flakes (if using) to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
Spread the avocado
mixture generously onto the toasted bread slices.
Top
with your choice of additional toppings: cherry tomatoes, radishes, sprouts, cheese, or a soft-boiled egg.
Drizzle
a bit of olive oil over the top for extra flavor (optional).
