Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the wings with salt and pepper.
  • Fry the wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
    Alternative Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), place wings on a baking sheet, and bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, and garlic powder to make the Buffalo sauce.
  • Toss the fried wings in the sauce until well-coated.
  • Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
