Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie or leftover chicken
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce like Frank's RedHot
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions optional

For Serving:

  • Tortilla chips
  • Celery sticks
  • Crackers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese until fully combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
